Ingredients
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
- Cream cheese (softened)
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Fresh chives, finely chopped
- Lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line 1–2 sheet pans with parchment or silicone mats.
- Spoon 1-tablespoon mounds of Parmesan onto the pans, 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly into 2–2.5 inch circles. Sprinkle each with a pinch of everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake 6–8 minutes until bubbly with golden edges. Rotate the pan halfway for even browning.
- Cool on the pan 3 minutes to set, then transfer crisps to a rack to cool completely and turn ultra-crispy.
- Meanwhile, beat softened cream cheese with lemon zest and finely chopped chives until fluffy. If needed, loosen with 1–2 teaspoons olive oil or a splash of water.
- Pipe or spoon a small dollop of the chive cream onto each cooled crisp right before serving. Garnish with extra chives or seasoning if you like.
- Serve immediately. Store plain crisps airtight up to 3 days; add the topping only when serving to keep them crisp.
